UNBELIEVABLE STATE

London ✈ LA with the best travel buddy

FOOD MARKET

First things first, no great adventure can run on an empty stomach so we set off to the farmers market to hit up Lennard and John's friends blinder of a breakfast spot, Egg Slut.

Andrea zoomed over on her moped with the added appearance of Mike D, it was a true breakfast club crew. (No picture of actually food as It went from the grill to the plate to my mouth and it was gone)

I have always been a fan of food markets, but who isn’t! We wondered around picking up what was on offer, from fruits, juices and bizarre sweets we where truly stocked up for a full day of adventuring.

DISNEY

I am sure you all know by now… my fascination for all things Disney.

So it won't be any surprise to you that we made are way over to Disneyland "Twice". Choosing a favourite Disney park is a tough one! California being the original, means it has a very euphoric feel to it; Walt even lived in the park with his family on the second floor of the Main Street Firehouse! Thanks to a new friend, we got to know all the tales and treats you wouldn't normally get to hear, one being in that very apartment Walt and his family lived in and how Disney still keep a light lit by the window to represent Walt looking over the park, I thought that was pretty rad.

Cars Land! Blimey, It is just like the movies. I won't spoil it to much but, your in Radiator springs! The Radiator Springs Racers ride is now up there in my top 5.

No trip would be fully complete without reuniting with old friends and making a few new ones, and this one is a blinder, Jericho. Thanks for everything, can't wait to hang out again buddy!

UNIVERSAL

VENICE BEACH

One of the greatest rewards of travelling, is getting to explore with some of your closest of friends. Kellen, left London to start a new chapter here in LA, setting up a Bicycle Coffee branch to keep Los Angeles awake while delivering some of the best coffee I have tasted. I have no doubt she is going to kill it, taking this opportunity and building something great for herself. It’s great to see you are friends succeeding in being seriously happy with their lives.

THE OBSERVATORY

There are moments in life where it is so perfect, you forget everything except the people your with and the experience you are having, this was one of them times. This place is stunning, I would be up there every other day If I could. You can never overdose on great friends, and this trip was packed left right and centre of them. Julian, another super talented friend who always has a smile to hand.

THE HUNDREDS

Before jumping on the plane home, we managed to fit in one more treat, hitting up the Hundred's warehouse to meet the crew, get the death tour by Mac and of course a glass of Tapatio with Bobby and Ben's face's on the bottle. I have recently taken on a new adventure with posting on The Hundreds, its a true honour to be asked to join such a talented crew of contributors and hopefully I will be able to feed in a good bit of british charm in to the blog.

What a trip, time to plan to next.
