With a new day comes new ideas and opportunity. #suffoca
So the other week I went to meet up with my friend Jamal and he told me we was going to watch a film. When I arrived though, it turned out we was going to the UK premier of the new season of Arrested Development with Michael Cera and Jeffrey Tambor. I would be lying if I said I knew a lot about the show before now, but that didn’t mean the experience was wasted! I really enjoyed taking my first look through this window into the Arrested Development world and since then I have been chasing my way through previous seasons.. I’d really recommend it, great show.

Afterwards, we popped over to a special Coca Cola party, with an elaborate room full of glass coke bottles, a stage with a number of performances with loads of special guests wandering around. It was cool – the event was nice and laid back, I got to meet a bunch of great people and I think what topped mine and Jamal’s night off was getting our names on a bottle of coke each. I’m not sure why this makes me so happy, but it does. It’s a great marketing idea.
The other night, we ventured over to our friend Kai’s house for a fun, personal premier of a bunch of friends’ adventure, cycling about 100 miles across Devon and down to Land’s End. Kai is an incredibly talented filmmaker, he’s got a great ability to make his work feel really professional with a true movie quality. He has made a bunch of fun films with our friends and I have yet to watch him work or be involved in a project with him, something I definitely want to change! Watch his adventure below.

In the meantime, here’s a little preview of a project with Andy Ellis I’m working on, more to come on this later…
